Hi there, I am curious on how reviews work.

Of the 14 reviews we have received, 13 of them gave us a 5 star for location, but 1 guest gave us a 4 star for location. Now when viewing overall ratings/reviews on our suite, it shows that we have a 4.9 rating for location. My question is, if all future guests give us a 5 star for location, will my overall location rating go back up to 5, or will it always remain at 4.9 now that we received that review?

@Martha771 With one 4-star rating, 199 5-star ratings will bring the displayed average to 5.00.

@Martha771 Because the subcategories are rounded to the nearest tenth of a decimal (as opposed to "overall rating" which is rounded to the nearest one hundredth,) you will need 5 more 5-star-reviews to round back to a 5.0 for "location."
