How do  you leave a review when a guest did not appear ?

You can still leave a review.  State the facts, "Guest did not arrive or check-in."

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center

@Leonardo436Unless you know the guest left you a review, I wouldn't review them at all: there's no reason to, really. If they didn't stay at your place, there's really nothing to base a review on. 

 

If you do get a notification that they've reviewed you, I would do what @Debra300 suggests: simply state that they never arrived and leave it at that.
