I've had a guest leave a review that only contained two inverted commas. What does this mean? So the review was just:

People do this when they want to leave star ratings but don't want to write a comment for whatever reason.... It's not possible to leave the  public  comment box blank & go straight to private comment or star ratings..... So guests sometimes write  a full stop or the " which you got in order to access the rest of the form.
