Is it possible to add a picture in a scheduled message?

Welcome to the community  ‌😊‌

We can't add photos in the schedule message. However, we can attach images via Airbnb message and sending to the guest. Attached photos by using the bottom left corner of the message page.

@Liz689 There's a thread at A guide to using Scheduled Messages - Airbnb Community (withairbnb.com) with lots of good into from hosts who have experience with the tool, as well as feedback from the developers. 

You're not currently able to add photos, but the development team says they will be looking at adding that in the future. You can link to your check-in guide in scheduled messaging though, which can include photos.
