splitting a booking

I have a duplex that can rented as two separate places or one big place.

I have a booking - paid in full - for the whole (one big place) 10-15 April.

The guest now wants to split the booking so that 

Half the duplex 10-15 April

other half 12-17 April.

I have no problem with the change of dates and the price is the same.

How do I split this booking with no further charges or cancellation fees and minimal inconvenience?

@Lindsey284  Assuming you have three listings - one for the whole place, one for one half, one for the other half.  If so, you can change dates and the listing assigned to the reservation by choosing "change reservation" near the bottom of the booking details page.

You are correct, I do have three listings - 1, Yarra     2, Hapinni and 3, Yarrahapinni.  So when I go to the change reservation page, I can change the booking to Yarra (one half of the residence), but how do assign the other half of the booking to Hapinni for the different dates?  

Is that doable?

Will the guest incur any fees?
