starting a host community

How do I start a Facebook group for airbnb hosts in my area?  There isn't one currently on Facebook.

You may apply to become a leader of a group near you as well if there's not one already set up or suitable. Here is a link where you can apply to become a Host Club Leader for your area and get more information: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/d/community-leaders.

The link provided by @Bhumika  works for the United States. As soon as you start the registration process, the platform will ask you where you are located, and you can select your city and country. Please refer to the image below for more information:
