AirBnB support help changing password--How does one actually talk to support

Support, I have tried to change my password multiple times and keep getting the message " Something went wrong, please try again."  I did try again and got

the same message every time.  This is very frustrating.  How can I update my listing is I can't log in?

How does one actually talk to support?  I have wasted so much time trying to find the answer on this HELP button.

You can only change your password if you are logged in.
