It is the 1st time i have a problem with a guest... and dont' really know how to do as the resulation center didn't really offer the option i need..
We had a guest fro 4 night, check out was today.. we sent him message but never answer regarding his check out time.. finally we went to the studio and i was gone.. he left a total mess in the apartment and didn't pay the electrcity.. even left the A/C on.. Kitchen cabinet and door screen damage.. towels extremely dirty.. food on the bed... i will know better when the maid will finish cleaning and wash..
So could you help me to get the money from the security deposit?
