Hi community! Happy Friday.
I am out of town this weekend, so I blocked the dates on my Airbnb that is above my home. However, as I was just packing, I received an instant-book from a guest for tomorrow night. I have had issues in the past with the Airbnb platform not saving my changes (price increases, blocked dates, etc.). I messaged the guest immediately and told him that these dates should have been blocked and that the Airbnb platform has not saved changes recently. I Twitter messaged Airbnb as well...I do not want to cancel and thus be charged and lose my SuperHost status, since I had blocked these dates off weeks ago. Anything else I should do? The guest has not cancelled yet, and neither have I. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
