All guests should provide a clear profile shots but unfortunately some guests (and hosts) don't bother.

If you don't have Instant Book turned on, you can message your guest and ask them to upload a profile shot, complete their profile and let you know about why they chose your place and plans for their stay.

Hi, Helen, thx so much for ur reply !  I did messgae the tenant twice asking for a clear photo , but haven't heard from him yet. Then I kept getting the remider from airbnb for the last chance of pre-approval. I thought that airbnb supposed to see my messgae conversation w/ the tenant so I would  more grace time to make my decision, is that not?
