ID and photo matching

Hi AirBNB,

We have been asked to take selfies to match the photos on our IDs. For a start, there are two of us on the account, so do we both need to be in the selfie? If so, we can't do it within the time limit you set as we are in separate places right now. Grateful your advice on what we should do. We tried just with my husband, but he's grown a moustache since his license photo was taken and the photo was rejected as not a match (even though he's in uniform with his name tag on!)
