Hi guys!
I received an email from Airbnb saying that they had a problem collecting my payment for a trip I reserved.
It was credit card method and I tried to do it again as they suggested but it was again declained. I checked my bank statement and the money was taken by Airbnb. I also called my bank to make sure and they confirmed that the money was taken out indeed and what Airbnb was trying to do was taking it for a second time 😞
This is clearly a problem with Airbnb transaction but not my bank or payment method at all, as they were stating on the email 😕
Do you guys know what to do in this case?
