I am in London and therefore subject to the 90 nights per year restriction. However, I can rent out for a single duration of greater than 90 days per year as per 2015 deregulation act.
I have therefore put in a very fair monthly rental price with the aim of attracting greater than 3 month rentals BUT.... am inundated with reservation requests for indivudals who think that they can have that rate for 1 month (which is an absolute no way as I need to keep all reservations less than 90 days on the higher holiday let price). Therefore I would like to see an option for the above 90 day price structure included in the pricing set up please.
Therefore the pricing setting should be:
Nightly
Monthly
For greater than 90 days - monthly price.
I have to decline on a daily basis and really need some help here.
I cannot offer my currently 50% mark down for less tha 30 days as it would eat into my 90 day quotoa so much.
