Hello everyone. Greetings from Belgrade. I recently became a host and today I received contact from the first guest. And I'm ready to welcome him. But when we exchanged messages, he could not see my phone number and I did not see his phone number. Do you know about the problem? Please give me advice on this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Tihomir2 ,

You can see each phonenumber after a reservation is confirmed. Until then you only can exchange information via the Airbnb mail system.

It's not in the message, it's in the reservation ! (Go to list of reservations and Tel. number (if supplied by guest)  is displayed beneath name of guest AND in the reservation itself )

Hello @Tihomir2. Once the guest books, the details are "exchanged" between the host and guest. I guess your guest hasn't booked yet.
