Beeinflusst die Stornierung einer Sofortbuchung den Superhost-Status?

Sofortbuchungen kann man ja neuerdings dreimal im Jahr straffrei #stornieren; man muss dazu nur den richtigen Grund angeben ("fühle mich unwohl mit dem Gast"). Damit will uns Airbnb ermutigen, risikolos die #Sofortbuchung zu aktivieren.

Was heißt nun "#straffrei"? Die Stornierungsgebühr fällt weg; sie wäre ansonsten: "Wenn du eine Buchung innerhalb von sieben Tagen vor dem Check-In stornierst, berechnen wir dir eine #Gebühr in Höhe von 100 $. Wenn du zusätzlich mehr als eine Buchung innerhalb eines Zeitraums von sechs Monaten stornierst, werden dir 50 $ pro #Stornierung berechnet."

Aber was ist mit dem Superhost-Status??

Da läuft im englischsprachigen CC derzeit eine beängstigende Diskussion. Derzeitiger Stand: Dennoch #Verlust des #Superhost-Status!

Gestern bekam ich vom Support die gute Nachricht, dass der SHS nicht flöten geht!

As it stands right now, if you choose to cancel a reservation because you are uncomfortable with a guest and indicate as such when going through the cancellation flow, the reservation will be recorded as cancelled without any penalty and will not affect your Superhost status.

If you are realizing the need to cancel within 24 hours of check-in, you will need to contact us instead, but we will abide by the same policy.

I hope that clears things up a bit. I'm looking at the article in our Help Center now and realize that it does state this explicitly. I'll make sure to report that and hopefully we can add some clarity for other hosts with the same question.
