4 weeks pass by and missing payouts
Even I’ve completed KYC form and got confirmation from Airbnb I have’nt received my payouts.
They just says that it’s in process. The last time I contacted the support to ask for the payout he said that he send my case to their engineers, they would examine and he would be out of office until 13.08. So rewrite for the other supporter to follow my issue. They just combined the message and forced me to wait until the previous supporter come back his holiday. I think the whole company is out of office.
They are deliberately delaying the payment.
Support team is just answering phones/messages which is like automatic replies, open and close tickets without any solution.
This is my first time as a host and I especially chose Airbnb because of their trustworthy.
Throught this experinece what I’ve realized that Airbnb is just a marketing company. They cut the money as a service cost and not giving any service even your money.
Someone could you show me the way that how can I get my payout?

@Burcu12 I do not know why someone did not look at your profile and inform you that the first payments from Airbnb can be held back for up to a month . After that they tend to appear the second day of your guests commencing their stay. Its important for you to read all of the information on your dashboard , little by little , but when setting up you should have seen this . I am sure your payment will be along soon . Look under "transactions" on the dashboard to check ... all the best for your future hosting .. H

Hello Paula,
My first experience with Airbnb and its professional management system was really disappointed me.
I just received the payment yesterday and one of the support members took care of my problem willingly.
I really wonder what will happen for the future payments.
I hope that the delay I experienced was due to the process of my subscription being defined in the system ,as Helen744 mentioned below ,and that I will not face with a similar problem again.
Thank you for your interest.
