90 day rule Cardiff

Hello,

I’m currently purchasing a property as a long term let but things have changed so I’m either going to withdraw or consider a Airbnb. I’ve just read on a website that there is a 90 day rule for Cardiff,  where you need planning permission if you let out more than 90 days. This ain’t heavily documented so anyone know of this so the case? I would want to know if I was granted planning permission before my purchase completed, not purchase then be declined planning permission!

@Andrew3096 this is a local council issue, ask at your nearest Town Hall.. H
