A notarized letter stating that taxes are being collected/remitted (Florida)

Hi! I am doing Airbnb arbitrage and need a license from Florida Department of Revenue but I cannot get licensed since I am not the owner. However, I can get a notorized letter saying that Airbnb collects the tax instead. Anybody know how I can obtain that?
