AIRBNB HAS NOT PAID OUT MY MONEY!!!!!!

IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE MY GUEST HAS BEEN IN MY HOME. AIRBNB HAS NOT PAID ME. I DO NOT SEE WHERE I WILL GET PAID ON MY UPCOMING PAYOUTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT HELP. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A PERSON WHO CAN ACTUALLY MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. IF YOU ARE IMPACTED BY AN ISSUE LIKE THIS PLEASE COMMENT BELOW. I AM GOING TO SPEAK WITH THE AUTHORITIES AND THE MEDIA IN REGARD TO THIS ISSUE. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IMPACTED AND WOULD LIKE TO BE APART OF THE STORY COMMENT BELOW.

Katie, I have just been told by the case manager that the simple process of downloading my new picture should not take 48 hours and has referred to the product dept. I am heading to 10 days without payment and another referral to another dept without payment.!!!! Why is it that the glitch you refer to can not be fixed? Why can one technician not go to my file and fix it?
I ask you to the point of pleading will somebody fix my no payment?
I have new guests arriving in three days and I will be forced to communicate to them the situation and nonpayment of Airbnb of funds previously mentioned. with other arrangements having to be made for payment. I cannot afford to have guests and not get paid?

Has anyone had any feedback from  Brian Chesky regarding the nonpayment to so many hosts? I am also one of the affected and am not sure if I should take any futher bookings. It is a worrying trend to see the number of hosts writing here and I suspect there are many more who have not joined the conversation. Is there anyone who does not have a missing payment. Perhaps it is time that the media was notified of the problem so that any future guests would be wary of using this platform.

I am new in this platform. I am responding to this as I have just experienced a similar problem. On the 31st December 2020, I had a check -in that was  to end on 31 January 2021. Upon arrival, the guest expressed concerns and requested some amendments to the duration. This stay was amended from 31 December 2020- 4 January 2021. (4 days) instead of 31 days.

Whilst this was been amended, Air B n B processed my payment for the entire duration (31 days). An email conforming payment was received on 1 January 2021. However, due to the amended duration, my account with Air B n B was negation. 

 

In the meantime, I had a extended long-term stay whose check-in started on 1 January 2021 to 28 January 2021. Payment to this was used to off-set my Air B n B account. In addition to this, payment for the adjusted 31 December 2020-4January 2021 was also used to settle my Air B n B account. 

 

Both these payment are not showing in my account (11 days later). 

I have been in contact with Air B n B help desk regarding  matter since Thursday 7 January 2021. I was advised to check with my bank about these payment. Air B n B provided me with letters proving payments. Details on the letters regarding my account look legitimate. I took these letters to my bank today (11 January 2021). To my dismay, the bank could not find any payments to this regard.  Instead, they gave me a bank statement to send to Air B n B as proof of no such payments. 

 

On the other hand, Air B n B recommended that that I contact global transfers to raise te matter with. An email was sent to the provided email address but no one bothered to respond. But i could see that it was read. 

 

I am adding a voice to to this chain of complaints as I am also convinced that Air B n B is not taking this issue seriously. In fact, this must be a red Flag to them as I suspect fraudulent activities.

 

Can someone please advise of the channels to follow in ensuring that we get paid?  In my case I am talking about payment for a monthly rental that never reached mme, yet deductions to offset such were made.
