AIRBNB NOT PAYING US

Good day,

Please note that I have an issue with Airbnb not paying us.  The last payments were end of June, the entire July we did not get paid up until today. I have spoken to so many agents at the call centre and no help. I even asked them to cancel all my upcoming reservations but I was told I have to pay a penalty. They say that are doing KYC but its taking for ever with payments paused. my apartments are busy and almost always full booked. 

Where can I report AIRBNB, is there a body that we can report this matter to.

Hi @Oscar-S2 , Since you posted a while ago, I wanted to check in to see if the issue still persists. 

Were you able to get this resolved with the help of Airbnb Support?

@Oscar-S2 Did you ever get this issue resolved. My KYC process has also paused payouts and I have been on a constant round-about with Airbnb support not solving the issue but closing the support tickets anyway.
