AIRBNB support of Guests over Hosts

Am I the only one who feels like Airbnb supports guests over hosts?

In the past 60 days I have had a guest lie about my 5 star apartment which Airbnb did not bother to remove the review reducing my "points"

And another guest who harrassed my housekeeper and still airbnb supported the guest and removed my superhost status.  At this stage I feel victimised by airbnb and wish there was another platform I could use for my bookings. Is the stress from airbnb worth keeping my 5 apartments on this platform?

To be honest I think guests would say Airbnb supports hosts over guests

Generally Airbnb don't put enough training and resources into their customer services @Anita1312 

lots of other STR platforms you can use for your bookings - you can do some market research to understand which ones will work best for your STR business . Also wider platforms like your tourist board where you can take out paid ads

and of course you can invest in setting up your own direct marketing channels
