Accepting a booking while in Tier 3

Hi does anyone know if we can accept a booking from abroad while in tier 3. The guests are saying that they are moving to the Uk and want to stay with us for 1 month.

@Nip-And-Ellie0 If the guest is truly moving house then this is covered in the legislation as an exception to the no rentals rule. Google tier 3 legislation to confirm
