Adding Cleaning Fees and Security Deposit

I am trying to create a new listing but I can not figure out how to add Cleaning Fees or a Security Deposit.  I went to the Help Center and it states the following:

To add or edit a cleaning fee for your listing:

1. Go to Your Listings
2. Click Pricing at the top of the page
3. Next to Cleaning fee, click Edit
4. Enter your cleaning fee, then click Save

These options do not show up in my browser when creating the listing or editing it.  I have not published my listing yet as I do not want to do so until these fees are figured out.  Airbnb does not allow you to add fees after someone has booked.  I am doing this on my desktop computer.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

On my desktop, in Hosting mode, I set the Cleaning fee and Security deposit under Listings->Pricing.
