Hello, I sent one of my guest a extra pool heat fee, the guest replied and said it was only a link to our conversation. When I try to add another extra cost an airbnb error message pops up and said you can not send another payment request until the current one is paid by the guest. Can anyone help me with our guest?

Do request your guest extra pool heat fee through Airbnb 'Resolution Center'

Hosts or guests can use the resolution center to request any extra payment related to the stay.
