Adm Fee

I'm trying to get the 13.5% administration fee out of my ads, but when I delete it it comes back. What am I doing wrong?

You mean you are granted by Airbnb to include the Host Service costs in your pricing ?

I guess you can not delete it without changing the agreement

Are you saying that when you edit the Management fee that 13.5% still appears in the Standard fee and charges list?  I just made updates to the Management fee on one of my listings, and took snips of each step.  Did you do the following?:

Choose the listing's Pricing tab:

Click the Edit button for Standard fees and charges

Enter "0" for Management fee value.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the edit fees page.

On the Pricing tab, the Management Fee appeared in the list of fees with the comment "None".
