I’ve been a host for 8 years, All documents (ID, bank account, address) have been verified and no issue.
I recently listed a basement unit on my property and had guests come and stay for 30 days now. There was no payout within the first 24 hours as stated. I checked online and see the payout is on hold. I contacted Customer Support and no one seems to know what’s going on. They say that on their end, it’s been released, even though on my host status it says “On Hold”. Now I have over 2 weeks without a payout.
Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? No answers from Airbnb are completely unacceptable.
Any ideas or experiences would greatly help, thanks!
