Airbnb in Atlanta Condominium

Hello,

I just purchased property in a Condominium building in Midtown Atlanta with intentions to air BNB. Now I am hearing that there are a lot of restrictions and buildings the do not permit short term leasing. I see some listings up in this area and I am wondering how they got around that? Does anyone have any more details or knowledge on this? I read also that you need a Leasing License to lease in Atlanta.

Seems like you did this in the wrong order. The time t do the research on the condo rules and local regs was before you bought a property with the intention of Airbnbing it. Just because there are listings in the area doesn't mean that they are in condo or HOAs that have rules against renting Strs. @Chandtisse0
