Airbnb in MEXICO reciving payment in USA bank account, they are charging me 21 to 25% over all charges on every stay

I have a propperty in Puerto vallarta. 

I currently live in USA, I want to receive the payment in usd in my american bank account. I dont know what information I have to put in order for me to be charge the minimum comition charge with the accurate TAX information. 

I 'm Mexican ( I have mexican Tax ID) 

I'm not a USA american citizen, currently live here with a change of status.  

I want to pay taxes in Mexico and receibe directly USD in my american bank account. 

Objective pay Mexican taxes.

Pay the appropiate comission. 

Receive directly USD currency in american bank account.

Thanks so much for asking your question here on the Community Center. It's been a little while since you posted, and I wondered if you found an answer to your tax question yet? 

If not, I found this article on the Help Center with should help: Responsible hosting in Mexico. It has a whole section regarding taxes in Mexico, and Airbnb have even made a Mexico Tax Hub to support hosts.
