Airbnb offers 20% off without permission on Non Refundable option NOT 10%

We have discovered that the "non refundable" option for our listings shows to potential guests a 20% amount  not the stated 10% (per Airbnb cancellation options) and we have spent days without any response from the technical team at Airbnb...CHECK YOUR LISTINGS IF YOU HAVE THE NON REFUNDABLE OPTION on...AIRBNB IS GIVING AWAY 10% OF OUR RENTAL RATES ON EACH NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION BOOKED.....Our problem is that Airbnb customer service on technical matters (we previously found an error in one of their transaction reports - they admitted they had wrong programming - but that means that countless hosts may have been using overstated financial reports....) is awfully slow - too slow to respond for matters that are serious.
