Airbnb payment issue //

Airbnb is falling apart. I have been a host for about 3 years now and at first Airbnb made everything simple. Easy to set up, easy to get paid - a good partnership. 

Now, 3 years later, airbnb is terrible at software and customer service. Those are the only two jobs airbnb has - software and customer service. 

I get treated like fraud every time I speak with airbnb. There’s always an issue. Always something not working. Always resolution weeks or days after brought up. 

I haven’t been paid today because “a time zone issue”. Really???

Hi @Samuel1224 , I'm so sorry to hear of your payout issues. Did you manage to hear back from the Customer Support team and know what could be causing the issue?
