Airbnb stats and Valencia and Malaga info

Hi All,

I am looking to invest in an apartment in Valencia or Malaga and to put it on Airbnb. Is there any way to get good information on best neighborhoods, best apartment sizes and yearly occupancy stats? I would very much appreciate any input, ideas, experiences and advice on how to pick the city and how to best pick the right city and apartment.

Start by looking to see if there are STR regulations . @Aleksandar129 

then look at signing up for membership of Airdna or similar . And you can see if you can buy footfall reports .

visit both areas 

many markets are oversaturated.

obviously the property you will buy depend on who you have identified as your target guest and your budget. 

in other words do lots of market research .
