Airbnb tells me I have not filled in the KYC form

I have been a host for more than 3 months and Airbnb still tells me that I haven't filled in the KYC form. I have provided them all the information. On the phone everyone tells me another story and no one can really tell me what the real problem is. I've been reading stories where people say its a problem with the Airbnb server. This whole problem caused me a delay on more than 6 payments. I feel scammed by Airbnb
