Airbnb text messages

I’m receiving Airbnb requests from the ‘Airbnb’ text message along with a text from another Uk mobile phone number with the request message from the intended guest. 
These have in the past been received through the ‘Airbnb’ text message only. 

The message in the Airbnb text message says ‘Pin to show in Airbnb’ 

Are these legitimate or a scam?
