Airbnb upholding my payments d and asking for the same documents over and over

Hello there,

 

I am facing a huge problem with Airbnb. I haven't received any payments since September 2024 and the sum is already 66k.

 

They were very trick. In the beginning there would ask for one person Id, I was calling every week, after 2 months, they asked for another person ID, and the joke is going on. I already summited the business license 4 times. Today I had to summited again. How safe is Airbnb?  Does anyone got a better service in another country? Canada has the worst. I am pretty sure the costumer service is located in another country.

Have a read of this forum using related keywords, Tellus International, Business Process Outsourcing ( BPO) , and Payments and you will find many of us have gone through and are still going through this problem that arose at least 5 years ago when ABB customer services in Ireland was purchased by Tellus / Jeff Purfit.

 

It's overdue that BPO's are held to account and provided education on Legislation and Policy's to all there Client bases as due in part to that and the ever changes of Websites/Templates it derails payments, add to the mix Fintechs and Citibank process issues and Communications networks "Exchange" regulations payments can be disrupted due to international laws.
