Aircover is a joke

Aircover has been an absolute nightmare. It’s such a joke. I felt confident that it would help with any issues, but it’s become more of a stress. You can’t get ahold of them and they give you Pennie’s on the dollar for any damage done to your property. It’s now been 3 weeks since I submitted a claim of more than $2,000 because of a guest breaking into my garage and stealing tools, also stealing towels, linens, destroying my dining room table and other things all side that. 

I’ve used aircover one time to cover the cost of a damaged planter from west elm that was $300. I showed the receipt and was given $6 even when the guest agreed to pay $150. It didn’t matter because aircover said the market price for that was only $6!!! 

is there anyone who has had luck with aircover?
