To make a long story short, crazy guests damaged my whole house so I had to renovate it and it costs me about 75,000 dollars.

 

I had to start renovation since I had several reservations within a month, so I have a serious financial problem right now.

 

It has been more than two months and the terms said it should be solved within three months. They have only 2 weeks but still I did not get any contact from the team since they got the final report from the insurance company who investigated my house.

 

I called and emailed them but there is nothing changed. I don't know what I have to do right now. Is there anyone who knows the way to contact with ** from Community Support Team? He is the one who mailed me for the first time. I just want at least to know when I can get the money and how much it would be.

Hi @Yeseul1, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with the guest and its aftermath.

As you posted a while ago, did you hear back from the Support team in the meantime or open a new conversation with the Support team using the Support Channels?
