All Inclusive Pricing

 I mistakenly changed my all-inclusive price back to my original price. Can I change it back to the all-inclusive price without any further changes by AIRNB?

@Deborah1238 I am surprised as once you move to all inclusive pricing you can't go back. If it is just the prices you need to change you can do this anytime

Do you mean that you ran the update tool to change from the split fee to the single fee @Deborah1238 ?

If so, you couldn't have changed back to the split fee structure (the system won't allow it). So I assume that you manually changed your calendar prices back to what they were before the change?

If that's the case, you will have to take them back up, because you're on the single fee now. If you don't you'll lose money as a host (and the guests will pay too little).

Check all your prices and make sure you put them back to where the tool had them: nightly rate, cleaning fee, pet fee, etc. (hopefully you remember which changes you made where).

Not a fan of the new pricing. It is confusing and puts all the responsibility on the host. Bad decision, Air BnB! You will lose users, and users will lose! Hosts, rise up and complain about this terrible decision!!

Other platforms use the same method,and frankly, to the guest or to you, it has little, if any impact. 

But you can choose to be outraged if you like, and switch to booking.com 

And you'll still be paying more in fees. 

...or a "free" platform like tourist.com but you can kiss bookings goodbye.

It's still confusing. I dont want to constantly be calculating a 15% increase on every single day every time I want to adjust pricing.  It hasn't been my job to do that all along, and now it is. It's extra responsibility and they are making hosts account for the change. We are the ones who suffer: if we fail to do it, or do it incorrectly, we lose. I think it sucks.
