Any ideas for setting price effectively?

Hi all, I am a new host and wondering about the price setting. Would you please share any ideas to set price effectively? Thank you!

@Lexy20  Do some market research in your area to see what other places similar to yours are listed at.

Click in your profile, switch to traveling ,fill in the travel date, location and other filter.

You can find others  listings by location as you prefer and view all the listings price.

Then go though to the individual listing and compare by the different, set up the price in your listing.

You can easily motivation to the setting  your price in the Airbnb listing in any times 

Airbnb are benefiting to the host by increase the booking to offering special discounts, length of stay discount pricing and other opportunities to the guest.

@Lexy20 All good advice on how to set your price so I shall add how NOT to set your price.

IGNORE, under all circumstances the Airbnb price suggestions. They are always stupidly low and will just lose you money and attract the wrong type of guests.
