I am just listing our condo for the first time. Our condo HOA requires an application and fee, then they approve the potential renter. Does anyone know how I go about attaching this application to the listing? Or is that possible? I think I know how to add the application fee.
Thank you in advance,
Melanie
Regarding the fee:
It is called "community fee", which can be added at "fees" in the section "pricing".
But available only when "professional hosting tools" is activated on your account.

Thank you @Emiel1 , I understand how to add the fee now. I am not sure how to get them the application. I assume I can just email it once they book the condo?
Thanks again,
Melanie
If there is a contract or application to sign, It must be disclosed in the listing.
But i understand the HOA need to approve the potential guest ?
Seems to me impossible situation because:
- you can not sent an application when booking is not yet confrmed.
- when confirmed you will need to cancel reservaton (penalties apply !) if HOA does not approve the guest.
