Approval from neighbors

I am proposing an apartment for rent on AirBNB, that is part of a building with several individual owners.  A minority of them seems hostile to AirBNB.

In two weeks, there will be a general meeting of home owners and I want to ask for official permission to rent the apartment on AirBNB.

Does anyone have a suggestion what rules and/or deal to propose to be allowed to work with AirBNB?

I would suggest you tell them about vetting measures you are going to put in place to vet guests and protection measures you are putting in place such as quiet hours, CCTV etc to help ensure your guests do not disturb neighbours.

Tell neighbors that your airbnb will allow no party, no smoking, no pets, no kids and no teens. quiet hour from 10pm to 7am. it’s set up for businesses workers only. and a 20% discount for neighbors families 

let us know if you can get it approved or not. kinda curious too.
