Automated Message being sent without it being set up
I have a quick reply set up for check in/check out instructions, but I purposely haven't made them automated in case I have something else I want to add for that particular guest. Recently, I've noticed that my check in instructions are automatically being sent at 9 AM the morning of check in, even though it shows that I have no "scheduled messages" set up.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or can help me troubleshoot?
