Automating multiple listings: Anyone using Make or Beds24? Let's share workflows!

Hi everyone,

I manage several traditional Korean houses (Hanok) in Seoul. As the number of my properties has grown, I quickly realized that relying solely on manual operations or basic native features was leading straight to host burnout.

To buy back my time and focus on the offline magic - like working with my amazing cleaning partners to ensure perfect room conditions - I am currently diving deep into advanced automation.

Specifically, I am building out systems using:
Make (formerly Integromat): To route standard guest inquiries to an AI, allowing it to generate natural, context-aware responses instantly.
Beds24: As a core PMS to handle complex multi-channel calendar syncing and prevent any double-booking nightmares.
PriceLabs: To implement data-driven dynamic pricing, ensuring my rates are always optimized based on market demand without daily manual checks.
