Baltimore County AirBNB Registration Process

Has anyone successfully registered their house for rental with Baltimore County, MD?  The county's website directs me to a hotel/motel application to get a license to rent a house and the online steps says that I need a home inspection, lead test, approvals from code enforcement, fire department, and environmental approvals.  What did you do to get a license with the county?  Thank you for helping!
