Become a Vendor for Airbnb

I have a appliance repair business in Colorado and I would like to become the exclusive vendor for all of the Airbnb's within a 50mile radius of Grand Junction. I not sure how Airbnb operates (if property owners are all under the umbrella of Airbnb) like a property management, where the owners pay a fee and all maintenance and repairs are covered by Airbnb or are the owners responsible? I would appreciate any any help with any advice in moving forward with this endeavor.

Each owner is entirely responsible for all aspects of their own listings (although some of them hire management agents to assist). Airbnb is one of the available platforms that helps owners and managers to market their properties online.
