Becoming a Host and estimating nights I can rent my apartment before I buy it.

I am looking at buying a 2 Bdrm / 1 Bath 800 sq ft fully renovated apartment in Broadview Hts, OH. is there a way to estimate how many nights per year I could expect to rent it?? Also, I live in the Phoenix area, but the apartment is in Ohio. Is that an issue??

Look at other Airbnbs that are similar and note how they are doing.

Beware of becoming an absentee far-away owner, it means you will be dependent on someone else to run it.
