Being a host in Kobe

Hello!! 

I’m an American wanting to purchase a house in Kobe to use myself for a month or two per year. We want to rent the house on airbnb the rest of the year to help cover expenses. I have Airbnb properties in the US and have found the experience both fun and rewarding. 

I’m interested in people’s experiences as hosts  in Kobe. I have learned that a public meeting to hear from neighbors is needed and that only the first 2 floors can be used. I appreciate your input and advice.
