New to the platform so apologies if this is already covered somewhere.
I've received an email from Air BnB saying that I need to provide my tax info and that payments will be paused if I don't. Thing is, I've already provided it and can see it on my Accounts > Taxes screen. I've provided my National Insurance Number and I can see it displayed (last couple of characters)
Does anyone else experience this and will this result in my payments being suspended? If they are, what do I do about it?
Any help would be greatly apreciated.
Hi @Declan63 😊,
Thank you for asking this in the community!
Did you try sending them back again?
I'll mention some Hosts to see if they can advise you on this topic:
@Anton7298 , @Hugo990 , @Joelle43, @Lorina14.
Thank you in advance everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,

@Declan63 Welcome to the community!
This is sometimes being experienced by some host.
I myself experience something similar to yours. I was asked to resubmit some info during my early days despite it is already submitted.
I would suggest contacting ABB support to check the real status of your account.
If there is link in the email you receive, I suggest completing it.
I ignored that on my early days and got suspended for a while.
seems like a bug on the app.
cheers!

I get this from time to time. Tax info was entered years ago, but they occasionally ask again (with threat of delisting) I re-enter it, they make the threat again, I re-enter it. Eventually, it just goes away.

Hi Guys
Thank you all for your responses. I contacted support via the online chat (I'm still discovering the channels that are available) and they confirmed they've got everything they need. I guess I won't really know for sure that everything's OK until I'm next due a payment but I'm at least confident that I'll be able to sort out anything that does go wrong.
Thanks again
Declan
