Biking Related Homes

How about a segment of homes that is on or near a major bike path? There is demand from renters who travel specifically for biking on a bike path or trail.

@Lauren3455 I would look at bikes as "another fun amenity" and leave it at that.  If you decide to provide bikes (we do at 3 of our listings) remember that they are another maintenance item and you have to have a good place to store them. 

If a home is adjacent to a place where people like to go biking and a guest books the home specifically for that purpose, it's likely that the guest will bring their own bike anyway. 

If your goal is to be booked 365, providing bikes or being near bike paths aren't going to be nearly enough to differentiate you from listings in the area.  I could think of about 10-15 more interesting things you should seek/do to make a listing more likely to succeed.
