Booking.com?

Have you tried Booking.com? How has your experience been?

I tried Booking.com in the past and it was dismal.  I am not sure it has gotten any better but for me, there seemed to be a lot of scams and I was left trying to collect money from the guest or hoping that they would show up.  

Hopefully others have had better experiences but I have not gone back and cannot forsee me going back anytime soon.  Hopefully other responses will convince me otherwise.
