British Columbia new Regulations to Register Short Term Rentals

Is anyone having problems with this?   As I am not a Canadian citizen, in order to register, i need to login using BCeID.  The problem that I have encountered is that the Online Short Term Rentals registration form does not allow me to input my surname so i can't complete the online registration.  BC Online Help Desk seem unable to assist!

The deadline for registering is 1st May, after this time platforms such as Airbnb must remove properties that do not hold a registration / licence number.

Anyone else from outside Canada also experiencing problems with this?

I registered with the BC Short Term registry on March 17th, still sitting as pending, no updates at all since I submitted my registration.  while I have just around 3 weeks, I am getting nervous as well. Looking for any help to send an email to or something...  Thanks!

No issues for me. I was able to register in March and in a few days got the confirmation.
Try sending them an email **** with issues you are facing.
